I had a wonderful stay at the New Northumbria Hotel, enjoying the spacious and immaculate room. The staff were particularly welcoming, making me feel valued throughout my visit. However, I found the room a bit too warm, which affected my comfort level. Overall, I was very satisfied and would love to return! 😊

The location in Jesmond was convenient for accessing local amenities, and the friendly staff added a nice touch. but my experience with the booking and the bathroom facilities left much to be desired.
